LEWES MYSTERY PLAYS EASTER 2014
In 2014 we wrote our own verse rendition of the Mystery Plays. In the medieval period the Bible was visually told through dramatic performances on wagons in the streets.
We chose to interpret the Old Testament stories of the Creation, the Fall of Lucifer, the Fall of Man, Cain and Abel, Noah and the Flood, finishing with the moving faithfulness shown in the story of Abraham and Isaac.
We used Harvey's Brewery lorry as our wagon.
